Mr. Crites' spouse has the right to receive or the power to direct the receipt of dividends from, or the right to receive the proceeds from the sale of 316,792 shares of Summit stock jointly owned by them. 191,240 of these jointly held shares were transferred to Mr. Crites and his spouse by Allegheny Wood Products. Mr. Crites has previously claimed sole beneficial ownership of the Allegheny Wood Products shares. Item 7.
