(1) | On June 19, 2003, Bio Partners LP purchased a $1,575,000 12% Senior Convertible Note ("Note"). Since the date of the Bio Partners LP's last ownership report, the amount of shares beneficially owned by Bio Partners LP does not include 400,000 shares of common stock issuable upon the conversion of the Note. The Note is no longer outstanding and the option to convert the aggregate principal amount of such Note to shares of common stock of Biospecifics Technologies Corp. has expired. Bio Partners LP beneficially owns 289,500 shares of common stock of Biospecifics Technologies Corp. |
