By letter dated May 2, 2012, the Company reported that it has acquired 570,000 ADR’s of IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones Sociedad Anónima (“IRSA”), which represents 0.985% of IRSA’s outstanding shares, increasing its interest in IRSA up to 64.20%, for a total purchase price of USD 4.91 million.
