Attached is an English translation of the letter filed by the Company with the Comisión Nacional de Valores and the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires on May 4, 2012:
 
 
 
 
 
By letter dated May 4, 2012, the Company reported that it has requested and signed a credit line with IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones Sociedad Anonima ("IRSA") for up to the sum of USD 7,000,000 for a period of 180 days at a rate of 7.5% (Nominal Annual Rate) in which IRSA will be the lender and the Company, the borrower. The Audit Committee has no objections towards this transaction.
