Attached is an English translation of the letter dated May 22, 2012 filed by the Company with the Comisión Nacional de Valores and the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires:

 
 
 

By letter dated May 22, 2012, the Company reported that it has sold, assigned and transferred to Alto Palermo S.A. (APSA) (“APSA”) a plot of land of 115 hectares located in Luján, Buenos Aires for a total amount of US$ 8,960,000, which has been completely paid. This property is allowed by govern rules to be assigned to mixed use development, so that  APSA will be able to carry on a future commercial development. The Audit Committee had no objections towards this transaction.
