Other Events
 
On September 30, 2008, Home Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the newly formed holding company for Home Bank, a federally chartered savings bank with its headquarters in Lafayette, Louisiana (the “Bank”), issued a press release announcing regulatory approval to complete the mutual-to-stock conversion (the “Conversion”) of the Bank.  On October 2, 2008, the Company issued a press release announcing completion of the Conversion and of the Company’s initial public offering of shares of its common stock.
 
For additional information, reference is made to the press releases, dated September 30, 2008 and October 2, 2008, which are included herein as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
