On May 6, 2013, the Board of Directors of Kingsway Financial Services Inc. (the “Company) determined to postpone the Company's 2013 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders previously scheduled from May 13, 2013 to June 4, 2013 in order to accommodate administrative requirements. The time and place of the meeting remains unchanged.
