 On October 26, 2005, the Company announced financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2005.  A copy of the press release issued by the Company on October 26, 2005 concerning the foregoing matter is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
