Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 21, 2008, Investools Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2007. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1. to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
The Company also hosted its earnings conference call and webcast on February 21, 2008. Via the webcast, the Company presented a year-end earnings presentation, which contained a summary of our financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2007. A copy of such presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference. The presentation will be posted on our website, www.investools.com, through at least April 30, 2008.
