On April 4, 2014, Charles R. Nardello, Senior Vice President, Operations of Hawaiian Airlines, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hawaiian Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to retire from employment with Hawaiian Airlines, effective May 12, 2014.
