On July 8, 2016, Global Power Equipment Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued  a press release announcing, among other things, the anticipated timing for the filing of the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for its 2015 fiscal year, which will include its annual and quarterly consolidated financial statements and related consolidated financial information for 2015, and the Company’s Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for the first two quarters of its 2016 fiscal year. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
