Item 5.02.  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On September 28, 2018, TTEC Holdings, Inc. (“TTEC”) announced the designation of Mr. David Anderson, Executive Vice President, TTEC Digital Consulting (CSS business segment) as an Executive Officer, for the purpose of filing requirements under Section 16(a) of the Exchange Act of 1934.

 

Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

On September 27, 2018, TTEC Holdings, Inc.’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.28 per common share to be paid on October 19, 2018 to shareholders of record as of October 9, 2018.

 

A copy of the press release announcing the cash dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
