Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 20, 2006, VioQuest Pharmaceuticals, Inc., (the “Company”) increased the annual base salary of Brian Lenz, its Chief Financial Officer to $185,000, effective immediately. The increase in base salary was approved by the Company’s board of directors on November 20, 2006.
