On April 14, 2009, Wuhan General Group (China), Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting preliminary financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2009 and guidance for its fiscal year ending December 31, 2009.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
