On August 10, 2015, WidePoint Corporation (the “Registrant”) conducted a conference call to discuss its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015. A copy of the transcript of such conference call is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
