Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 21, 2015, Array issued a press release announcing the closing of its Development and Commercialization Agreement with Pierre Fabre Medicament SAS dated November 10, 2015, following approval of the agreement by the European Commission on Competition. The Development and Commercialization Agreement granted Pierre Fabre rights to globally develop and commercialize in certain territories Array’s late-stage novel oncology products, binimetinib and encorafenib.
A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
