IMI International Medical Innovations Inc.
Form 6-K
On April 13, 2004, the Registrant publicly disseminated a press release
to announce that Ron Henriksen has agreed to join the company's Board of
Directors, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming annual shareholders
meeting to be held on June 16, 2004. In the interim, IMI has engaged Mr.
Henriksen as a business consultant. The information contained in the press
release is incorporated herein by reference and filed as Exhibit 99 hereto.
