REHOVOT, Israel – July 23, 2007 – Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd. (NASDAQ: NVMI), provider of leading edge stand-alone metrology and the market leader of integrated metrology solutions to the semiconductor process control market, announced that it will release its second quarter 2007 results on August 1st, 2007 before the US markets open. It will also host a conference call to discuss those results on August 1st, 2007, at 10:00 am EDT.
On the call, Mr. Gabi Seligsohn, President & CEO, and Mr. Dror David, CFO, will review and discuss the second quarter results and other business developments, and will be available to answer questions.
