2007 Fourth Quarter and Annual Results Earnings Conference Call

REHOVOT, Israel – February 6, 2008 – Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd. (NASDAQ: NVMI), provider of leading edge stand-alone metrology and the market leader of integrated metrology solutions to the semiconductor process control market, will release its results for the fourth quarter and annual 2007 before the market opens onFebruary 19, 2008. In conjunction with this release, Nova will host a conference call later the same day at 10:00 am EST.
