Silicom Ltd. (the “Registrant”) will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 30, 2014 at 12:00 (Israel time) at the Registrant’s offices at 8 Hanagar Street, Kfar Sava 4442537, Israel (the “Meeting”).
 
In connection with the Meeting the Registrant will mail to shareholders the Notice of Annual General Meeting, Proxy Statement and Proxy Card.
