On June 14, 2005, ONEOK, Inc. announced that it has agreed to sell $800 million of notes, comprised of $400 million in 10-year maturities with a coupon of 5.20 percent and $400 million in 30-year maturities with a coupon of 6.00 percent. The notes will be issued under the company's existing shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The net proceeds will be used to repay commercial paper borrowings and for general corporate purposes. The joint book-running managers for the offering are Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and UBS Securities LLC. The sale is expected to close on June 17, 2005. |
