On July 22, 2004, The Nautilus Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing second quarter 2004 earnings, fiscal year 2004 earnings and third and fourth quarter 2004 earnings estimates. The press release also included the declaration of the regular quarterly dividend for the third quarter of 2004. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.
