On February 3, 2006, Nautilus, Inc. issued a press release announcing fourth quarter 2005 earnings and first quarter 2006 earnings estimates. The press release also announced the declaration of the regular quarterly dividend for the first quarter of 2006. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.
