Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

YRC Worldwide Inc. (the “Company”) announced that certain of its subsidiaries, including Yellow Transportation and Roadway, will commence contract discussions with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (the “Teamsters Union”) for a new National Master Freight Agreement (“NMFA”) as soon as early September. The existing NMFA expires March 31, 2008 and a new NMFA would be effective April 1, 2008.

A copy of the press release announcing the commencement of labor negotiations is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
