Item 2.02 – Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On January 20, 2009, IRIS International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary operating results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended 2008. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
