Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated February 4, 2009, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores:
By letter dated February 4, 2009, the Company reported that, according to the information provided to the Comisión Nacional de Valores in September 2008 and January 2009, on February 3, 2009, it was held the shareholders’ meeting of Cresca S.A. in Asunción, Paraguay. The agenda consisted in, between others, the capital increase of Cresca S.A. and also the confirmation of the agreements related to the operations planed with Carlos Casado S.A., which Cresud will develop with its subsidiary Agrology S.A.
On the other hand, it was paid an amount of US$ 5,141,375, related with the balance of the price of the capital contribution made by Carlos Casado S.A. in Cresca S.A., on behalf of Agrology S.A., which consisted in a contribution in species of five plots of lands, located in the Republic of Paraguay, previously informed.
