This filing relates solely to preliminary communications made before the commencement of a tender offer for the outstanding common stock of Monogram Biosciences, Inc. (“Monogram”) by Mastiff Acquisition Corp., a direct wholly-owned Delaware subsidiary of Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (“LabCorp”).
