Item 7.01 – Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 21, 2009, IRIS International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary second quarter 2009 operating results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
The Company will host a conference call today at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time, 1:30 p.m. Pacific time.
