Item 7.01 – Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 30, 2009, IRIS International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
