ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On October 22, 2009, Columbia Sportswear Company (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its third quarter 2009 financial results. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
In its October 22, 2009 press release, the Company also announced that its board of directors approved a dividend of $0.18 per share of common stock to be paid on November 25, 2009 to its shareholders of record on November 12, 2009.
