By letters dated November 23, 2009 and November 25, 2009, the Company reported that the Board of Directors approved the payment of a cash dividend of an amount of Ps. 60,000,000, in accordance with the resolutions of the Shareholders’ Meeting dated October 29, 2009. The dividend will be paid on December 2, 2009, to all shareholders of record on December 1, 2009.
