By letter dated June 17, 2010, the Company reported that its Board of Directors approved an updated of the prospectus related to the Global Note Program for a principal amount up to U$S 50.000.000 of the Company.

It is important to mention that the Global Note Program has been authorized by the Comision Nacional de Valores by means of Resolution Nº15,972 dated September 4, 2008
