Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated April 28, 2011 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.
By letter dated April 28, 2011, the Company reported that, according with the information timely disclosed on October 26, 2010 and in relation to the acquisition of shares and warrants of BrasilAgro-Companhia Brasileira Propriedades Agricolas (“BrasilAgro”), the Company has paid the outstanding balance of the purchase price and as a consequence the pledge over the aforementioned shares was released.
As a result of the abovementioned transaction, the Company currently holds a 35.75% of BrasilAgro’s outstanding common shares and 168,902 warrants of first warrant issuance and 168,902 warrants of second warrant issuance of BrasilAgro.
