On October 24, 2012, Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust provided on its web site at www.preit.com its Quarterly Supplemental Disclosure dated September 30, 2012. A copy of the Quarterly Supplemental Disclosure was attached as an exhibit to our Form 8-K filed on October 29, 2012.
This Form 8-K/A amends our Form 8-K dated October 24, 2012 and filed on October 29, 2012, to replace page 13 of the Quarterly Supplemental Disclosure that we originally provided on our website on October 24, 2012.
