On June 12, 2013, Linda M. Pearce resigned from her position as Chief Financial Officer of Nautilus, Inc. (the “Company”). Ms. Pearce’s resignation is effective July 2, 2013 and she will remain employed by the Company through that date. Ms. Pearce, a resident of Oregon, will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer for Tillamook County Creamery Association, a large dairy cooperative located in Tillamook, Oregon. The Company has initiated a national search for her replacement.
