Reports 67% Increase in Diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) TO $0.05; Company Reaffirms 2013 Consolidated Guidance; EPS Target of $0.17 to $0.19; Company Issues 2014 Consolidated Guidance; EPS Target of $0.20 to $0.26 (the Press Release), a copy of which was furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to the Companys Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 6, 2013 and is incorporated by reference herein.
