On January 24, 2014, Registrant released its fourth quarter 2013 earnings and is furnishing to the Securities and Exchange Commission a copy of the earnings press release as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report under Item 2.02 of Form 8-K.
Exhibit 99.1 to this Report contains certain financial measures that are considered non-GAAP financial measures as defined in the SEC rules.
