Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 7, 2018, Recro Pharma, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The Company has scheduled a conference call and webcast for 8:00 a.m. Eastern time on November 7, 2018 to discuss these financial results and business updates.

The information in Item 8.01 below regarding certain financial information contained in slides 3, 28, 29, and 30 of the updated slide presentation attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 is incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
