SHAW ANNOUNCES AGM VOTE RESULTS
Calgary, Alberta (January 17, 2019) – Shaw Communications Inc. (“Shaw” or, the “Corporation”) announced that, at its annual meeting of shareholders held earlier today, the resolutions proposed in Shaw’s management proxy circular were adopted.
