Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 26, 2006 we issued a press release announcing recent information regarding testing activities relating to the KG#17 well on the KG Block off the eastern coast of India in which we have a net 5% carried interest in the production sharing contract relating to that Block. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
