Shareholder Meeting Notice  

Pall Corporation’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at JW Marriott, Essex House New York, 160 Central Park South, New York, New York 10019, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.

The Board of Directors recommends a vote FOR all the nominees listed and FOR Proposals 2, 3 and 4:
