On March 7, 2019, after initially announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2018, Stratasys Ltd. reissued that announcement in order to include a clarification regarding its guidance for the year ending December 31, 2019. A copy of the press release that announces the 2018 financial results and includes that clarified guidance concerning 2019 is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K (“Form 6-K”) and is incorporated herein by reference.
