219th MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CPFL Energia S.A. informs its shareholders and the market in general, that at the 219th Meeting of the Board of Directors held on March 27, 2013 the following matters were resolved:
I. Approval: Determination of the goals of the 2012 Short-Term Incentive Plan for the Board of Executive Officers;
II. Approval and Vote Recommendation: Unbundling of Generation Concessions of the Small Hydroelectric Power Plants (PCHs) and Hydroelectric Generating Plants (CGHs) (CPFL Energia, CPFL Jaguari, CPFL Leste Paulista, CPFL Sul Paulista and CPFL Mococa); and
III. Other matters unrelated to CVM Instruction 358/2002, as amended.
