Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
Effective as of August 17, 2009, the Board of Directors of Chicago Rivet & Machine Co. (the "Company") approved an amendment to Article III, Section 2 of the Company's Amended and Restated By-Laws to reduce the number of directors to seven.
