Item 7.01Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 7, 2019, MRC Global Inc. announced that it will release its first quarter 2019 financial results on Thursday, May 2, 2019 after the market closes. The Company will conduct an investor conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET (9:00 a.m. CT) on Friday, May 3, 2019, to discuss the results for the quarter. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
