Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On July 12, 2018, Ben C. Chambers, Vice President – Accounting, Controller, and Principal Accounting Officer of TETRA Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intention to retire effective September 30, 2018, after a 25-year career with the Company.  Mr. Chambers is expected to continue in his role through his retirement date and to assist with the transition of his responsibilities.
