RESULTS
OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION

January 22, 2008, CSX Corporation issued a press release and its CSX Quarterly
Financial Report document on financial and operating results for the fourth
quarter ended December 28, 2007. A copy of the press release is
