Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
Moscow CableCom Corp. (“the Company”) announced today the results of its operations for the three and six months ended June 30, 2006. The Company also announced that it had filed restated financial statements in amended quarterly reports on Form 10-Q/A for the periods ended June 30, 2005 and September 30, 2005, an amended annual report on Form 10-K/A for the year ended December 31, 2005 and an amended quarterly report on Form 10-Q/A for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. Such restated financial statements reflect corrections of errors with respect to the Company’s accounting for deferred income taxes during the periods being restated. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the second quarter 2006 results and the filing of the corrections to the previously reported financial statements is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and hereby incorporated by reference.
