AZZ Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to timely file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended February 28, 2019 (the “Form 10-K”) without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company's delay in filing the Form 10-K is due to the need for the Company to provide information to its independent public accounting firm to allow them to finalize their audit of the Company's annual financial statements. The Company fully expects to file the Form 10-K on or before the fifteenth calendar day from the date of this Form 12b-25.
