GRUPO TELEVISA FILES INFORMATION REQUIRED BY THE BOLSA MEXICANA DE VALORES
 
On October 21, 2010, the Company filed the following Exhibit 1 and Table 1 with the  Bolsa Mexicana de Valores
related to Televisa's derivative financial instruments as of September 30, 2010.

Status of the process of adopting International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements of Grupo Televisa, S.A.B.


This Exhibit is presented to update the information which was filed with the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (“Mexican Stock Exchange”) by Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. (The "Company") on April 29, 2010 and July 12, 2010. The IFRS adoption plan was approved by the Board of Directors and the Audit and Corporate Practices Committee of the Company in April 2010.
